How we report incidents

If your service is impacted, we email the address on your account within 30 minutes of detecting the issue and update this page with scope, status, and ETA. Post-mortems for any incident lasting more than 15 minutes are published within five business days.

Subscribing to updates

Founding-cohort customers receive incident notifications by email automatically. A public status-page subscription (RSS + email) ships with the v2 status page later this year.
