So they see nothing. Or worse, they see the wrong part. They give up and call your counter, or they buy from a competitor and don't come back.
The shortest path from "lost order" to "won order" is a search box that understands how customers actually talk — typos, abbreviations, units, brand names, all of it.
What we do
Partsift is an embeddable search widget for industrial distributors. It understands part numbers, units, dimensions, materials, applications, and the synonyms specific to your vertical. It runs on your real catalog — we read it, build a structured index, and serve search through a single line of code on your existing site.
We don't replace your storefront. We replace the search box. Hosted platforms, custom-built sites, in-house PHP — if your site has a search bar today, we can replace it.
Who we are
Partsift is a small team based in the United States. We built Partsift after watching distributors lose orders the same way every week to broken search.
We answer our own email. There's no offshore tier, no chatbot, no ticket loop. The same person who replies to your first message is the one who'll install Partsift on your site.
How we work
- A few distributors at a time. We work with a small number of customers concurrently so we can pay attention. If we say yes to you, we mean it — the same person who answers your first email installs the widget on your site.
- One price, one tier. $1,500/month, monthly billing, no minimum term, no per-search fees. We'll quote multi-site or over-50k-SKU setups plainly.
- Your catalog stays yours. Multi-tenant from day one. Your products, queries, and click-through data are isolated and never used to train other tenants' models or sold to anyone.
- You can leave any time. Remove the line of code, send an email, and we delete your data within 30 days — sooner on request.
